Ted's ability to waste time...

So I never really got around to sharing my recovery process.  I’ve gone to over 20 PT sessions and I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to run again (there’s a chance I’d break my foot if I ran at a pace that I want to run at).  I’m riding again and entered a few bike races in August.  My fitness is way down, but I plan on being back next year.  Due to the ankle injury cyclocross (which I love) most likely will not happen this fall and winter.
